Can the Name on My Signage Be Different from My Registered SSM Name?
By regulation, the name displayed on your signage must exactly match the name registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM). If you prefer to use a different name for your signage, you'll need to secure trademark protection separately (additional charges apply). Signage Warranty Coverage:
At Era Art Sdn Bhd, we are committed to the quality and durability of our signage products. We provide long-term maintenance to address issues such as 3D letterings detaching. Our LED lights come with a standard 12-month warranty, with our led transformer (powersupply) also having a 12-month warranty. Similarly, our LED tube lights are covered by a standard 6-month warranty, extendable by an additional 6 months. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities.
